Official Raffle Rules (NC G.S. 14-309.15)
- Tax Status: Raffle tickets are NOT tax-deductible (IRS Pub 526).
- NC Compliance: CFH is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. 90% of net proceeds go directly to campus development.
- Prize Rules: Prizes over $600 reported via W-2G. Prizes over $5,000 subject to 24% federal withholding.
