Instagram Solo Contest Rules & Terms
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Children of Fallen Heroes (501C). This promotion is in no way
sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or iFly.
2. Eligibility
• There is no age restriction, but contestants under 18 must have parents’ permission to
claim prize.
• Open to residents of the United States.
• Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.
• Contestants must be able to physically meet requirements to fly in a wind tunnel.
3. Contest Period

4. Required Skills:
• Participants need to be able to fly the intermediate Solo Speed dive pool including
but not limited to, head-up, head-down, back layout, classic, head-up 360, and a
bottom loop.
• Perform the correct sequence of moves comprising of a Snake, a Vertical, and a
Mixer performed twice.

intermediate dive pool:
5. How to Enter
The contests will be held through Instagram, to enter, participants must:

Only video entries that complete all steps will be eligible.

6. Entry Limits
• There is only one entry per person
• Duplicate or fake accounts may be disqualified.
7. Prize
• Prizes are the following for each contest:
o Solo Speed Winner: Children of Fallen Heroes will pay for registration to the
2026 US Bodyflight National Championship for the Solo Speed event.
• Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
8. Winner Selection & Announcement
• Winner(s) will be selected by random drawing within 30 days of the contest end date.
• Winner(s) will be announced via Instagram
9. Content Use (If Applicable)
By entering, participants grant team Next Gen and Children of Fallen Heroes permission to
repost or share contest entries for promotional purposes, with credit.
10. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inappropriate, or violates
Instagram’s community guidelines.
11. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any issues beyond its control.
12. Privacy
Information collected will be used solely for contest administration and will not be shared or
sold.
13. Acceptance of Rules
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.
