The Children of Fallen Heroes (CFH) nonprofit is proud to announce the acquisition of 82 acres of land to establish the Children of Fallen Heroes Retreat and Education Center in Moore County, NC. This purchase represents a significant step in our mission to provide support and resources to the children of fallen heroes. In this blog post, we'll explore the details of this exciting news and what it means for our organization and the community.

Retreat and Education Center:

The Children of Fallen Heroes Retreat and Education Center will serve as a safe and nurturing environment for children who have lost a parent in the line of duty. The center will offer a variety of programs and activities designed to promote healing, growth, and education. One of the center's primary focuses will be STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) education, providing children with opportunities to explore and develop their interests in these fields.

Impact on the Community:

The acquisition of this land and the establishment of the Children of Fallen Heroes Retreat and Education Center will have a significant positive impact on the community. The center will provide vital support and resources to children who have experienced the loss of a parent in the line of duty, including foster kids as well as offering educational opportunities to promote personal and professional growth. Additionally, the center will contribute to the economic growth of the area, creating new jobs and opportunities.
